We mainly cover the East of England, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Needham Market and surrounding villages.
Lewis Pemberton
I am Lewis and my property journey started in 2007 when I renovated my parents 2 bed rental property. When the property was sold we received the full asking price giving us both a healthy profit.
In 2014 I purchased a 2 bed buy to let property in Norfolk. I used my weekends to carry out the renovation work which took 10 months to complete. I added value to this property which I still rent out, giving me a great cash-flow.
I purchased a 3 bed property in 2015 to live in which required some renovation work. Once the work was completed the house was re-valued giving additional equity in the house.
At this time Martin and I were speaking heavily about property and education, soon realising with our different attributes and knowledge we would make a great team and in 2017 Maison Investments was created.
Martin Copping
I am Martin and I got involved in property just over 10 years ago. I relished looking for rundown houses which needed a bit of TLC, returning them back to their former glory. However I did not really know what I was doing as I had not been educated.
Prior to Maison Investments I was doing a term called “FLIPS” which means I would buy, renovate and sell.
I flipped a handful of properties using this strategy, moving the family every 6-12 months which meant two things
I was making profit per house
It was causing the family too much stress
Being great friends with Lewis since school and chatting regularly about property and what one another was doing meant we had a lot more in common.
In 2017 Maison Investments was created.
Being educated is key to having a great and profitable business, so we invested in ourselves by entering in to a mentorship program and had a great first year. Since then we have been going from strength to strength.

We predominately cover Stowmarket Ipswich and surrounding towns and villages. We recently extended our area to Essex, so we like to say a maximum 45 minute radius from Ipswich.
There is no minimum or maximum amount to invest. On our initial meeting we aim to identify your goals and aims, and how we can help to get you there. This is important to us as every person is unique. Plus, we need to be sure you are happy to work with us as much as we are happy to work with you.
Not really, but we do love bringing a rundown, unloved house back to life! We aim to renovate every property we do to a very high standard – either to rent out or sell on, dependant on the location and demand.
